sian kan anak saya.mengamuk2 dia, x selesa.huhu

haha..actually the idea inspired from dr kamil
mama ab tgk dr kamil ada pakai gajet ni
and dr kamil look slimmer okeh! :)
so why not mama ab experiment to mr idham plak

actually guys..
hubby saya sgt la gaining too much weight skang
mmg kawan2 akakn tegur if terjumpa ke terserempak ke ternampak ke
dorang confirm tegur..am...nampak sihat la!confirm punya!
and i know..it is hard fr him to admit it.haha
dia nampak tough tp part ni bit sensitif tau
silap2 ngn mama ab pon dia merajuk.oh no! bocor rahsia
ekekkekekeke ;p

so..by giving him a stepmeter
hopefully dia aware la ngn brape step sehari dia buat..
and dia boleh agak la brape byk kalori terbakar dlm hari tu
dlm sehari,body needs 1000 steps at least utk bakar kalori.
amacam? best tak idea mama ab? :)
